The Board has built a firm foundation of strong ethical governance as evidenced via regular Board; Exco and sub- committee meetings as well as a consistent clean audit record. The office bearers have contributed to a range of reviews which has strengthened the resilience of the organization. The Board members have all committed themselves to serve the society with the highest code of ethics in all their deliberations and actions while also keeping each other accountable ito this pledge.
