CTCW Complaints Procedure
You can write to us, phone us, email or ask for a meeting
STEP 1: Go to the person and talk to them about your
complaint — if not sorted
STEP 2: Go to their Supervisor and talk them about the complaint and what you have experienced —if not sorted
STEP 3: Go to the Social Work Manager and give your view about what happened in steps 1 and 2—if not sorted
STEP 4: Go to the Director and give your view about what happened in steps 1,2 and 3—if not sorted
STEP 5: Ask the Director for the details of who to go to outside of the Cape Town Child Welfare Society
